THE RCM TEAM
Experience. Expertise. Enthusiasm.
Neil McCoy, Co-Founder
With over 25 years of experience in the heavy crushing and screening industry, Neil built a reputation for solving customer needs. In 2000, he launched Crusher Works, expanding from a single product line to a comprehensive range of heavy-duty crushing equipment.
After a successful seven-year tenure in the recycling sector, Phil sought a new venture. Having previously co-founded Enterprise Skip Hire and Enterprise Waste Management overseas, he brought a specialized background in construction, demolition, and municipal waste recycling.
Neil and Phil joined forces, combining their complementary skills to establish Recovered Construction Materials. This partnership leverages Neil’s deep industry knowledge and Phil’s expertise in waste management to deliver innovative solutions.
Philip Birch, Co-Founder
Jack is the veteran of the Recovered Construction Materials team. He came to RCM with 10 years of experience in the landscape supply industry, where he ran equipment, processed materials, and handled customer relations.
As our site supervisor, he oversees all of our machine operations, product quality control, customer assistance, and much, much more. Quite simply, when it comes to matters involving RCM — what Jack doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing.
Jack Scott, Site Supervisor
Meet Michelle! She’s sometimes referred to as an “office lady,” but Michelle is so much more to the Recovered Construction Materials team.
Originally from Kentucky, and now residing in Bessemer, Alabama, Michelle previously worked as Director of Operations for a landscaping company. She now combines that knowledge with her accounts background to make the perfect office manager for RCM. Be sure to say “hey!” to her next time you visit!

Brandon lives in Birmingham, Alabama. Since arriving in Birmingham over 10 years ago, he has spent his time building motorcycles and muscle cars — something Brandon also enjoys doing in his spare time.
Brandon's enthusiastic and energetic approach make him a great fit for the team, and we look forward to seeing what the future holds for him.
